Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort

Everything was 10/10. Location is excellent for getting into Scottsdale. Hotel and amenities were amazing. Food and drinks were exceptional. Pool and bar menu are very good and decently priced. Staff was accommodating and friendly in every spot. The live music and main bar area come alive at night. We had a delicious full breakfast every morning. The servers take the time to talk with you and remember you. To- go iced coffee ?! What!! The layout and design of the Hotel is beautiful with modern aspects. Attached gym and spa, close by parking, multiple pools and hot tubs. We are considering joining this place.

Hotel staff 1000/10, specifically shoutout Matt and Chris at the front desk for taking care of us!!! My boyfriend unfortunately got food poisoning during our stay and had an accident in our room and rather than charging us incidentals and placing the blame on us, they took care of us as one of their own. They immediately changed our room, offered to transfer our luggage there, and even gave us more than enough resort credit on top of that to be able to grab medicine and things from the market in the hotel to help with recovery. Truly went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Even aside from this incident, everyone we’ve come across on the property has been truly a pleasure, really great service

Absolutely beautiful resort and a wonderful experience from start to finish! The property is gorgeous, extremely well maintained, and has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the entire resort had such a peaceful, upscale atmosphere. The service really stood out. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell the staff takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. The location is also fantastic—beautiful Scottsdale surroundings with plenty nearby, while still feeling like you’re tucked away at a resort. The pools, grounds, and overall atmosphere made it very easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort if you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay in Scottsdale!
